Specific Objectives
To encourage orphan children to kindle their potential by providing creative opportunities.
To design interventions to help address orphans’ basic needs of life and influence the provision of services in favor of orphans.
To create awareness to the community and the outside world the need to protect and support the vulnerable children and the orphans as well as protecting their rights.
To impart life skills and values that will help orphans to fight life challenges like HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, peer influence, immorality and among others.
To accomplish physical, intellectual and aesthetic development of the child.
To increase the level advocacy and collaborations with other organizations for common interests of helping children who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.
Activities
ACS carries out activities to ensure good life (both physical and spiritual) to these children on but some are insufficiently done due to poor funding. These include the following
1.Providing essential logistics to these children like clothes, food, blankets, mosquito nets, utensils, mattresses, etc.
2.Providing scholastic materials like books, pens, pencil, papers and mathematical sets.
Medical examination by our collaborating doctors.
Visiting the children in their respective schools.
Providing games equipment to these children like balls, Jersey, nets and sports shoes. etc
